Return Conditions
We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- With all original tags and accessories attached
- In their original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products

(Manufacturing defects are exempt from this rule.)
How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA).
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Shipping the Item Back
Once the return authorization is approved, you may ship the product to the address provided.
- If the item is not defective or incorrect, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, Lux & Chic Leather will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
4. Inspection of Returned Items
When your return arrives, our team will inspect the item to verify compliance with the return conditions listed above.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
